Direct investment
We acquire and operate businesses and assets outright, principally in hospitality, real estate and education.
Joint ventures
We partner with owners, developers and operators who have an asset or a position but want an operating partner with local capability and governance.
Co-investment
We selectively bring co-investors into transactions we are leading, typically where the cheque size exceeds what we want to hold alone.
Overseas investment into East Africa
